Charming villa in Phuket, right on Kalim Beach (5 minutes north of Patong), with sea views, can accommodate up to 11 people. Kalim Beach is not suitable for swimming due to the many rocks; however the beaches of Patong and Kamala are only 5 and 10 minutes respectively. Free parking is available.

Villa Papaya is a wonderful villa on the seaside, built on two floors (ground floor + 1st floor). On the ground floor is a cozy TV lounge, a dining room with its large wooden table which can accommodate 10 people, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A chef is available to prepare delicious dishes. The spacious living room opens directly onto a large outdoor patio, overlooking the ocean-front swimming pool.

The large private pool of 17m, with Jacuzzi area, overlooks Kalim Beach. It is surrounded by a large solarium with sun beds and an outdoor covered dining. Enjoy a refreshing swim, getting a tan, or a meal outside, admiring the tropical paradise.

A meeting room and a gym are also available.

The villa counts 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, which are divided into 4 double bedrooms and 2 single smaller rooms. The 2 double rooms on the ground floor each have their own en-suite bathroom. The other 2 double bedrooms upstairs share the same bathroom. Finally, the 2 single bedrooms (one with sofa bed), located on the ground floor near the kitchen, are recommended for children or house-staff because these rooms are not considered full-size bedrooms, but are perfectly comfortable.

Villa Papaya can also be rented out with the neighboring villa, Villa Mango, to accommodate more people in a total of 9 bedrooms.
