Riad Zin is an unique property composed of 2 authentic ryads, restored and turned into one guest house of 1000m2 for only 10 bedrooms. The riad offers a prime location, in the heart of the Marrakesh Medina, on the main street of district Mouassine, only a 3-minute walk from the Markets (souks) and the famous Jemaa El Fna square.

As soon as you come through the remarkable chiselled copper door, you will be amazed at the space, quietness and spell of the site.
The riad has a large patio with chairs and tables around the pool (5x3m) with Jacuzzi. The pool is heated from April to October, and is ideal to relax and refresh yourself.
The large wooden doors open up towards a living/dining room and TV lounge for a relaxing moment.
For your utmost comfort, the riad also has a hammam and massage room.

Riad Zin stands out by its three spacious terraces with solarium and bar. The first terrace offers you the opportunity to have breakfast in the warmth of the rising sun for most of the year.
You will be delighted to experience the exceptional views from the 2 panoramic terraces over the whole Medina. The Koutoubia minaret seems to be gazing down upon you and the snow-capped High Atlas mountains encourage you to sit down and meditate.

.Jasmin bedroom: (Ground floor, 1 double bed)
Located on the ground floor, on the East patio of the ryad, this bedroom includes one double bed. Its majestic cedar door opens onto the bright and green patio.  Very personnalized with orange-colored Tadelakt walls and gold and black hangings, it gets you into a saharian atmosphere.
The bathroom has been fitted out with traditional materials: yellow-gold and brown tiny Zelliges tiles on the 2 bath sinks and shower, copper tapes and basins.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.
The room is equipped with a heater and air conditioning.

.Magnolia bedroom : (Ground floor, 1 double bed)
Located on the ground floor, on the East patio of the ryad, this bedroom includes one double bed. Its majestic cedar door opens onto the bright and green patio.  Very personnalized with apple-green Tadelakt walls and night-blue and gold hangings, it gets you into an orientalist painting. The bathroom has been fitted out with yellow-gold and green Zéliges tiles on the 2 bath sinks and shower, copper taps and basins.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.
The room is equipped with a heater and manual fan during warm season.

.Bleuet bedroom : (Ground floor, 1 double bed)
The Bleuet bedroom is located on the western patio, with direct access to the pool, and includes one double bed. Its wide cedar door opens to an original architecture and traditional décor : finely chiseled lacework stucco, antique painted hand ceiling called Zouaq, Tadelakt walls. The bathroom has been fitted out with traditional materials : azure blue Zéliges tiles on bath sink and shower.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.
The room is equipped with a heater and manual fan during warm season.

.Hibiscus bedroom : (Ground floor, 1 double bed)
The Hibiscus bedroom is located on the western patio, with direct access to the pool, and includes one double bed.  Its wide cedar door open onto original architecture and traditional décor : finely chiseled lacework stucco, antique painted hand ceiling called Zouaq, “Tadelakt” walls in salmon red color, amazing mural tapestry from Ousbekistan and design armchair.
The bathroom has been fitted out with traditional materials: “Zelliges” tiles on bath sink and shower.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.

.Primevere bedroom : (First floor, 1 double bed)
The Primevere bedroom is located on the first floor, western side of the ryad, and includes one double bed.  With its almond green tadelakt walls, it will bring you into a universe of sweetness and romanticism. The private bathroom is of great finesse with a copper basin, a large shower and a bath covered with zéliges tiles.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.
The room is equipped with a heater and air conditioning.

.Iris bedroom : (First floor, 1 double bed)
Located on the first floor, western side of the ryad, the Iris bedroom, with its night blue and sand colored Tadelakt walls spreads out an atmosphere of “The Thousand and One Nights” tales. It has a traditional decoration with antique furniture and an amazing baldaquin double bed. The private bathroom is equipped with 2 copper basins and a large shower covered with blue traditional “Zelliges” tiles from Fès.

.Lilas bedroom: (First floor, 1 double bed)
The Lilas bedroom is located on the first floor, eastern side of the ryad, and includes one double bed.
Bright with mastic Tadelakt walls and old-pink hangings, it will bring you into a universe of sweetness and romanticism.
The bathroom is of great finesse with large shower and bath sinks covered with handcraft green and yellow Zéliges tiles.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.

.Dahlia bedroom : (Second floor, 1 double bed + 2 single beds)
Located on the 2nd floor, on the Eastern side of the ryad, the Dahlia bedroom is equipped with one double bed and two single beds in mezzanine (1.40m high). Walls are built in ochre Tadelakt with gold colored hangings.
The bathroom with its mother-of-pearl  and ochre hand-worked Zéliges tiles is equipped with handmade basin and a wide shower.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a door.

.Douiria mini-suite : (First floor, 2 single beds, possibility of adding an extra-bed for a 3rd person)
Douiria is a mini-suite with 2 single beds, located on the first floor in a wing of the ryad. Traditionally, it used to be the reception hall of the master of the house, where only the men were allowed. It has now been rearranged with an independent entrance which leads to a large bedroom with 2 single beds. It features brown-lined “Tadelakt” walls and an antique carved cedar wood ceiling with a central cupola. The bathroom with its deep green-colored hand-worked “Zelliges” tiles is equipped with copper basins, hand-crafted taps in shower and bath tub.
The private toilets are separated from the bathroom by a sliding door.
The room is equipped with a heater and air conditioning.

.Jonquille elegant room : (First floor, 1 double bed, possibility of adding an extra-bed for a 3rd person)
Located on the first floor, on the Eastern side of the ryad, the Jonquille bedroom is equipped with one double bed. It opens its cedar door to a wonderful antique painted ceiling with such a romantic alcôve. The bathroom has been fitted out with dark red and deep green Zéliges tiles on the 2 bath sinks and shower, apricot color Tadelakt on the walls, copper taps and basins.
