Riad Marisa is located in the medina, just 1 minute from Ben Youssef Madrasa and within 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Jemaa el Fna. Its patio has several tables and chairs distributed around a central fountain, it is air conditioned in summer with misters.
A large 11m heated pool in winter perfect for swimming.
The patio offers an outdoor lounge under arches and a living-dining room with fireplace inside. This very friendly living room has a TV all global channels
The riad has a hammam (free access), a massage room and offers several treatment packages

The rooms and suites on 3 floors are decorated in a very refined way and offer all the comforts (Wifi internet, Air Reversible, hair dryer …)

The Patio Room in yellow tadelakt is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed (or 2 single beds) and a large shower in tadelakt with separate WC.

Upstairs, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms and a suite / 2 bedroom apartment:
The Juliette Suite: it has a double bedroom, living room with fireplace and a separate room raised bathroom. This bedroom can accommodate a third person.
The suite Junior Olivia: It has a double bed and a bathroom with separate WC. This room has moucharabieh overlooking the patio. This bedroom can accommodate a third person.
The Arcade Room gray tadelakt offers a beautiful view on the Patio It has a double bed and a bathroom in tadelakt with rounded shapes.

The suite / apartment Marisa: It consists of a private patio with a wall fountain and an openable roof, a bedroom with double bed and a room with 2 single beds. The spacious bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and is separated from the patio by a wall of water. This suite has a TV with French channels.

The panoramic terraces:

The room Terrace, more intimate, opens on the terrace. It is equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom in tadelakt.
The multi-leveled terraces are air conditioned with misters. They overlook the Medina and offers a unique view of the snowy mountains of the Atlas.
