Stunning 4 bedroom villa with large swimming pool on a plot of 10 aras located in Canggu / Brawa, at about 250m from the beach and only 15 minutes from Seminyak.
This charming villa with roofs in Alang Alang is located at the end of a quiet street, it has a private parking.
After pushing the door carved wood, you feel immediately immersed in an atmosphere of peace and serenity.
On a plot of 1000m2, Villa Eden has a large living / dining room furnished and decorated with great taste and a large fully equipped kitchen.
This living area opens onto the swimming pool of about 10m x 6m with its beach tanning 3m x 3m.
The swimming pool in its exotic garden is lined with deckchairs and is overlooked by a large gazebo furnished converted into living room, ideal for relaxing or a drink.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms :
Two double four-poster beds with their en-suite bathrooms and large dressings are on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the third bedroom, very spacious, it has a four-poster bed with a large bathroom. It has bay windows opening onto a private terrace. This bedroom is equipped with cable TV (TV5 Monde) and a DVD player.
The fourth bedroom is also spacious, it is located in a separate pavilion in the garden. It has a large four-poster bed and a large private bathroom.
Villa Eden is a true haven of peace, it offers all the benefits we are looking to spend an idyllic stay, 250m from the beach and only 15 minutes from Seminyak.

. The house staff is at home, a lovely couple makes daily clean and maintenance of the house, the pool and the garden. The maid can do the shopping and prepare breakfast.

Excellent villa. The villa & grounds are really nice and in a great location, very private and quiet but close to the beach (very nice sandy beach that goes on for miles), restaurants etc. The staff were all great, very friendly and helpful. We all (7 adults and 1 baby) had a wonderful stay thank you.

The villa was so much better than the pictures! Myself and 8 friends stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t have been happier. The staff were friendly and helpful but were not in your space so feels as if you had the place to yourself the whole time. Complimentary breakfast on the first night was a great touch and our rooms were cleaned everyday which we loved but was up to us if we wanted it done. Would recommend renting a vehicle or moped if you want to head to a busier area of Canggu, but the beach is only a short walk away.

“Un “petit coin de paradis”
Avons passé un séjour de deux semaines en famille dans cette villa. Maison extrêmement agréable, grand volume, chambres et salles de bain spacieuses, et confortables. Espaces jardin et piscine paysagés avec goût et soins. Bien localisé dans Canggu , proche de l’océan et nombreux commerces à proximité, sans nuisance sonore. Un couple de gardien adorable, très soucieux de notre bien être. Une propriétaire très disponible et réactive au moindre soucis. Location à recommander sans aucun soucis, sommes déjà nostalgique de cet endroit!

My family had the most incredible stay at Lucien & Aurelie’s villa. It absolutely superseded our expectations; so much so that we booked an extra week! The villa is truly stunning, the pictures online not doing it justice, and we will be without doubt recommending it to all our friends. We had many people visiting us there as we were in Canggu for my brother’s wedding. All were blown away by how beautiful and spacious the property is. Having visited lots of other villas during our time in the area, everyone agreed that ours was by far the biggest, greatest value for money and in the best area. The staff were beyond brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. My daughters were bridesmaids and Merri sorted out getting their dresses dry cleaned and ironed. We only asked her where we could get it done and she did it for us. She also made sure that the rest of our outfits were pristine! She and her husband organised chefs to come and cook at the house one night for an awful lot of our new family; adults and children galore! Once again, this was seamless and we couldn’t be more grateful. I could go on and on! Thank you so much for all of your help and we will definitely be booking again next time we are in Bali.

Nous avons passé un sejour très très agréable dans cette superbe villa. Rien à redire sur la villa et la prestation tout était là pour passer un sejour au top. Le personnel à demeure toujours disponible et super gentil. Très bon emplacement de la maison, Canggu très sympa.

Très belle maison loin de l’agitation de Seminyak (15min) mais à la fois très proche de tout. La maison est impeccable avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Possibilités de louer des scooters pour 3 Euros par jours (livrés à la maison) ou une voiture avec chauffeur pour environs 24 Euros par jours.La plage pour les surfeurs est à 5 minutes à pieds. Commerces et restaurants autour de la maison. Adresse à recommander fortement.

Un séjour très agréable.
Nous avons été ravis de notre choix. la villa est très agréable à vivre : l’espace commun couvert mais extérieur et les chambres spacieuses.
La piscine est géniale et le jardin très bien entretenu.
Attention, la villa est bien à 150 m de la plage mais il n’est pas possible de s’y baigner avec des petits enfants à cause des vagues
Mary et son mari qui gardent la villa sont adorables. Notre séjour à la villa Eden a été exceptionnel.

Stunning Canggu villa
Very beautiful villa, set on the quiet road to Berawa beach (great surfing) which is only 5 minutes walk away. Photos do not do the villa justice. The pool is fantastic, and a really good size. The whole setting is just so tranquil. All of the rooms are beautiful and have their own private open air bathrooms. There is the best coffee shop (Ruko cafe) across the road, which does great breakfasts, lunches, juices, and really, really good coffee. There are also other good restaurants, warung and cafes nearby. Seminyak is only 10 mins away by car if you are after the bustle of Bali, but there’s really no need to leave the villa and the chilled out feeling of Berawa Beach/Canggu. We loved it there.
