Our Berber country house is an oasis of peace and quiet on the outskirts of Marrakesh. Located in the traditional village of Lalla Takerkoust, on a plot of 4000m², it has 6 bedrooms for a capacity of 12 people and a large swimming pool (10m x 4m).

Rate for the whole villa: 220 Euros / night. Breakfast included.
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming-pool, lounge and terraces are available.

Charming 6 bedroom house, large pool, olive, fig…. located in the small traditional village of Takerkoust, 30 minutes from Marrakech for a stay of rest and activities (quad, camel ride, trekking, mountain biking, swimming ….). Located between the mountains and the desert, Lalla Takerkoust is an ideal starting point for many excursions.
Takerkoust Lake of 7km long dominated by the Atlas Mountains invites to swim, you can admire the stunning sunsets and reflections from snow-capped mountains in the lake.
Our house built of mud and restored with traditional materials is located at the entrance of the village overlooking the Oued N’fis is an oasis of calm and serenity.

Capacity: 12 persons

The property has a beautiful garden of 4000 m² with many olive and pomegranate trees and a beautiful pool of 10mx4m. It has many common areas with its lounge and terraces.
The house is organized on several levels and in the form of 3 separate patios each with 1 or 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.

The house has a total of 5 bedrooms :
.Patio Ocre: 6 people
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
The lounge sofas are convertible into beds

.Patio Rouge: 2 people
It has 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.

.Patio Bleu: 4 people
It has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The large terrace overlooking the Oued N’fis has a beautiful view of the Kik plateau.
